I wrote a quick Tweet stating how I was sad items were missing from my order and that my pizza was cold when they made me return to claim my pop. Domino's quickly contacted me the same evening and had me Direct Message them with more information. They created a complaint ID for me and emailed me within a couple days. I was told this particular location is locally owned, so I needed to contact the District Manager. When they weren't able to give me his information, they were able to get a different Domino's manager (I think the one for this exact location) to get in touch with me and he offered a full refund. I'm still not happy with the "service" I received from the employees here and I might try and get my orders through a different Domino's, but I really do appreciate the fast action and steps they took to fix the problem above and beyond what I was expecting.

If I could give no stars I would!!! Ordered 24 pizzas on Sunday for a park district Easter party. Ordered over the phone-told them 230p to have it delivered-what happens next? We get them delivered not only burnt but at 130p!!!!!! Called to have this fixed-offered to replace only 6 pizzas. NO so we settled on 12-pizza tasted like crap -hard cardboard and no taste!! NEVER again!!!!

Two stars sums up just about any Domino's. I'll eat a Domino's pizza once every couple of years just to abuse my insides. I ordered from this place earlier this year and their pizza lived up to the task at hand.

Fast delivery and pizza is always hot and fresh. The Handmade pizza is the best!! Cant beat the cost too! Delivery drivers are always very nice, even at 1AM.

This place is terrible. They either deliver the pizza cold or just completely mess up our entire order. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to put some ingredients on a pizza, put it in a oven, cut it, and put it in a box.

This is the absolute best delivery service I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from. Every Resturant in the area doesn't even come close to the level of professionalism Glendale Heights Dominos has. Every order I've called in has been treated like its the most important delivery of the day, and taken with care. Making sure my order is correct and complete , never rushing and leaving me always beyond satisfied . This also has the best tasting dominos pizza and Wings I've had from any other franchise , everything is cooked perfectly . You can taste the care and effort put into it. The delivery man Tim is always super polite, fast, and efficient . He has also taken my order before and went out of his way to list all types of wings and sauces when I was unsure of my order. Also gave me his personal favorites when I was undecided and asked for his recommendations. Those boneless wings and ranch are fantastic ! Thank you Dominos Glendale Heights and thank you Tim, you have yourself a devoted customer!

Decided to try their sandwiches for the first time and was extremely disappointed. Ordered a philly cheesesteak and mediterranean veggie. The veggie sandwich was very tasty, but oly a very thin layer of ingredients. Far less than what other sandwich shops give you. The cheesesteak sandwich was terrible! The meat was tough, stringy, and dried out. And again a very thin layer of ingredients. The bread on both was very good, moist, and tasty. If you are looking for a good hot baked sandwich I'd suggest you pass on Dominos.

Only ordered from here because the kids like it. Food was on time but cold and burned. It smelled and tasted funny too... like sweaty socks sat on top of my pizza. I only ate half of a piece. My kids wouldnt even eat it. Plus, they forgot the sauce for the bread bites and those things are tough to eat without dip. Now i am reminded why i avoid these mass cheap pizza chains. They are always a disappointment! :( The commercials are lies! My pizza isn't even half as fabulous. Lesson learned with a belly ache to boot.

So the only reason I even go here is because of the location, but when I am willing to drive a town over for pizza is when you know it's bad. Sooo the second time I ordered a pizza from here they forgot to put the garlic butter on the crust. So I thought ok, they forgot, it happens. But it also made me realize how Dominos' pizza loses all it's magical properties without the glorious addition of it. So the next time I order I check it before I leave and realize once again they have forgotten it. So this trend continues another 5 orders. I'm like erm is this something I have to request? they're like No, sorry it's our bad... yet they continue to F*up the pizza. I mean ok yeah it's a new addition, but it's been like what 6 months? I WANT MY GARLIC BUTTER TARDS... this really shouldn't be this hard!!! Also the customer service is non-existent. I was put on hold for like 7 min and then the guy is like yeah, what do you want. So that was the last straw.

The only reason I ordered pizza this evening is because it was close and convenient for delivery. The delivery guy was a young inexperienced teenager who has kept getting lost while calling me resulting in a long delay despite him being from the store only a few blocks away. In addition the guy forgot to bring a pop I ordered. I called to the store to complain and asked for credit due to my missing drink, the woman who answered was willing to only offer me coupon for coke for next order. I replied that was not enough to remedy situation and the delivery not only failed to bring me whole order but also came late and the guy did not have a pen with him to sign for receipts. The woman blamed the weather for delay as excuse despite the fact it stopped snowing by the time I placed the order, most roads remained clear and the store was within walking distance to my apartment. I will never do business with this store again. No customer service. I do not recommend anyone to make orders from this store. They lack a good trained staff and mess up your order. I had once PizzaHut screw my order too, but at least when they spot a true mistake they make, they will give you a free pizza for next visit, not just a sode/pop that cost them almost nothing.

On the plus side, the pizza really is better than it used to be 10 years ago. The garlic butter crust is quite good. On the minus side, it's rather expensive for just ok pizza. Also, this location refused to honor a coupon I received in my Hasbro game and I had to contact corporate to complain. Corporate supposedly sent my complaint to management at this location, yet I never heard a peep from them. So corporate apologized on their behalf and sent me a $10 gift certificate that this location had no choice but to accept. So now that I've cashed in on my free food, I won't be ordering from here again if they are that customer un-friendly.

The new cheesy bread is incredible. They're carryout offer is great and definitely you can see they're trying to get better with all the improvements and it's working.
